The project
Clever 2 is a 22,000 sqm office campus in Gennevilliers, Greater Paris. It is home today to a range of companies and a cyber security school.
We manage it hands-on and in close contact with its occupiers, with a simple ambition: to make the campus a place where businesses and their teams want to stay and grow.
Beyond the campus itself, we are working with the City of Gennevilliers to revitalise the surrounding area and make the neighbourhood more attractive.
Having a school on site is a rare asset. It brings life, talent and energy that we want to build on. We are exploring how the campus can evolve in that direction, combining education, services and flexible office space to meet the needs of current and future users.
