Since 2021, Flying Point has been focussing on urban regeneration on behalf of its institutional clients. Flying Point was founded in 2021 by two seasoned investors with backgrounds spanning Morgan Stanley, ADIA and leading European real estate platforms. We combine institutional expertise with an entrepreneurial mindset and invest across Europe on behalf of institutional investors, family offices and strategic partners who seek differentiated opportunities and disciplined value creation.

Pascal is Founding Partner of Flying Point Real Estate. Pascal brings over 35 years of real estate investment experience. He previously worked in various roles as managing director at Morgan Stanley, CEO of Carrefour Properties and Head of Europe at ADIA.
