Back to school at INSEAD, Fontainebleau

At Flying Point, we believe learning never stops. That's why earlier this month, we went back to school.

The whole FP team spent two days together at INSEAD in Fontainebleau for an offsite filled with coaching, reflection, strategy, breathwork and plenty of fun.

Proud to see the full team show up, lean into the experience and step outside their comfort zone. Growth rarely happens where things feel comfortable.

It was a reminder that the foundation of any great business is its people. Strategy matters. Execution matters. But culture is what holds it all together.
