PROUDHON
Village Proudhon
Saint-Denis, France
Located on the edge of Paris’s ring road, this industrial site is located in an area experiencing significant change: new sporting and transportation infrastructure (Olympic Games 2024), one of the fastest growing populations in the region, and high ambitions of becoming a young and dynamic area to live, work, and play.
With this backdrop, Flying Point aims implement its vision by transforming the current site to a qualitative “Live and Work” urban regeneration project that focuses on improving the community’s cohesion, health, and dynamism.
The project will combine residential, student housing, higher-education, a highly amenitised retail offering and activated ground space.

NAUTICAL CITY
Nautical City
Amsterdam North, Netherlands
The existing land is an industrial zone currently operated by a shipyard and heavily polluted.
Located in Amsterdam Noord, the site is ear-marked for a future residential-led mixed-use regeneration project.
By combining forwarding-thinking project design and conception with our decontamination and development process, Flying Point aims to deliver an ultra-sustainable neighbourhood that caters to the future of living and working.
Flying Point is committed to transforming this waterfront site to providing high-quality housing, workspace, and amenities for Amsterdam’s inhabitants.
In June 2023, Flying Point carried out an add-on acquisition on behalf of its institutional investors on the Gembo site in Amsterdam North. This acquisition is consistent with our strategy to increase our footprint in this area to ensure the realization of a valuable regeneration project.
